Projet 4 - HTML & CSS

HTML & CSS Constitution web page
In this project, the goal was to code, build and layout a webpage for the constitution of the United States. I used basic HTML and CSS to layout the webpage and give it images, color, styling, gifs, and an overall organized and easy to read layout. I created a "old style" page that would look clean and organized with fonts, colors, and images that went well with the constitution. Then I created a "new style" page for the constitution that was more playful and goofy, using some brighter more saturated colors, different fonts, and some funny gifs. I think having both style pages allowed me to use more html and css knowledge to create to different styles of pages.
I used the skill and knowledge learned in several of my foundational courses at MTSU. I used a lot of the knowledge I learned in 2d design and typography to assure that the page had an easy to read and clean layout, while choosing the appropriate font for the different sections of text.

I didn't initially have any knowledge of coding but I learned the basics of HTML and CSS so create a webpage from the ground up.
Process:
I began by creating a folder called Project 4 and making folders within that to organize all my code. For example I had one folder for the css code and another for the html code, then another folder called assets that would include any images I used on the page. This helped to keep things organized. I used https://www.w3schools.com/ to learn the basics about coding and then coding using both a plain text editor and then Adobe dreamweaver.
